General
By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our General Terms and Conditions. Catcetera reserves the right to change its General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled without giving reasons, provided it has not yet been shipped. We request that you send an email to [email protected] or call 0643075475. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, you may consider it received.
If you have already paid for your canceled order, Catcetera will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days at the latest.
Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Catcetera strives to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, Catcetera is not obliged to do so. If you opt for payment afterwards, Catcetera strives to offer the ordered item for shipment within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Since not all of our products are delivered from stock, the delivery time for some products may take several days.
The delivery deadline is 30 days after placing the order, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that he or she would like to receive them later. If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
Prices
The prices stated for the items are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices stated (unless stated otherwise). Before concluding the agreement, the total price including shipping costs will be stated on our website.
Postage costs
The actual costs for shipping are calculated according to the schedule below. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors.

If you order for 100 euros or more, Catcetera will pay the shipping costs for you (within Europe).
Payment
Payment for your order can be made in one of the following ways:
iDEAL
You pay in your familiar payment environment and you are automatically redirected to the payment page of your own bank. You can then immediately transfer the amount of the order.
PayPal
After your order you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal page where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay here with your credit card. Due to the high costs of PayPal, we are forced to charge costs of 3.5% of the total amount.
Prepayment to bank account
If you choose prepayment, you will receive an email with the correct bank details. Do not forget to mention the order number when paying. When we have received payment, we will ship the order and you will receive an email when it has been shipped.
Approval period
Unless otherwise stated, after receipt of the order you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement by e-mail within a period of 14 days without giving reasons and to return the order within the same period. Any payments made (excluding shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days. After the expiry of the trial period of 14 working days, the purchase agreement is a fact.
Retention of title
Ownership of delivered products will only be transferred if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to Catcetera under the agreement(s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
Liability during shipping
If a problem should unexpectedly arise with the shipment, we would like to hear about it and will file a complaint with the parcel service.
Data management
If you place an order with Catcetera, your information will be included in Catcetera's customer base. Catcetera adheres to the Personal Records Act and will not provide your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy. Catcetera respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures confidential treatment of your personal data. Catcetera uses a mailing list, each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list. When you place an order with Catcetera you will automatically be registered for this mailing list. If you do not wish to receive this, please indicate this in the comments and you will not be placed on the mailing list.
Guarantee
Catcetera guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement and therefore guarantees the manufacturer's warranty for the product delivered to you.
Agreement
Catcetera reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without giving reasons.
Images and specifications
All images, photos, drawings, data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the Catcetera site are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement. It is not permitted to copy images and/or texts from the Catcetera site without our permission.
Returns and exchanges of items
We do everything we can to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. To do this, complete a ticket (via your account) stating the order number and the products you want to exchange/return.
Some conditions apply to returns and/or exchanges (hereinafter: returns).
The items to be exchanged must be returned via our ticket system within 7 working days of receipt at the delivery address. The items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, have attached labels and be returned in the original packaging.
Items on sale with a discount of 40% or more cannot be exchanged.
The items reported for return must be returned to us immediately, but no later than 7 working days after receipt of the order at the delivery address. Catcetera only accepts returns that have been registered as described above and for which the instructions given when registering have been followed. Returns that have not been registered or have not been registered within the specified period will not be accepted.
Complaints
It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Catcetera. Please contact us as soon as possible, via the ticket system in your account or by telephone 06 43 075 475. The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint will initially be borne by the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is declared well-founded.
Under no circumstances do we request that you have the product repaired yourself, but that you contact us first. If you have the product repaired by a third party without first consulting us, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process the complaint.
Force majeur
In the event of force majeure, Catcetera has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a customer's order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying the customer in writing and without Catcetera is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
