Directions: Do not use or store at temperatures above 45 degrees. The gel inside the product can therefore become very hot and even take on a liquid form, which means that the cooling effect is lost.

Due to temperature fluctuations, moisture can form on the cooling mat. We therefore recommend that you do not store the mat folded or in the original box, but keep it unfolded and dry it with a cloth if necessary.

The shelf life depends on the storage and handling of the product.
